1. General Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application "IT WORKS! 1926 Desire Method" (package identifier: itworks.pray.ee) and the official website https://itworks.pray.ee, built by the Pray.ee Development Team.

Built in accordance with Rule #3 of the famous 1926 Little Red Book ("Tell no one about your list"), our system adheres to a strict 100% Local Storage & Zero-Telemetry Architecture.

2. Data Collection & Local Storage

• Goal & Evidence Protocol: Created and managed solely within your phone's memory. No data is ever transmitted to cloud databases, analytics endpoints, or external servers.
• 40 & 90-Day Discipline Progress: Tracking timestamps and unbroken streak counts are maintained offline.
• Settings: Language preferences, notification schedules, and audio feedback flags are stored locally.
• Release Waitlist (Website): If you submit your email on our website for Google Play beta release notifications, it is used solely for delivering that one-time invitation link. Your email is never sold, shared, or subjected to promotional spam.

3. Android System Permissions

The app requests only the minimal system permissions required to implement Rule #2 (read 3 times daily):

• POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+): Displays your 3 daily reading reminders (morning, noon, night).
• SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM & USE_EXACT_ALARM: Guarantees punctual reminder delivery at your preferred hours.
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Re-schedules reminders automatically after device reboot.
• VIBRATE: Delivers subtle haptic confirmation upon goal injection or session completion.

The app DOES NOT request access to location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage files, or Google Account identities.

4. Audio Synthesis (Zero Media Tracking)

Theta focus frequencies (432 Hz) are procedurally generated in real time in volatile RAM using a mathematical 16-bit PCM AudioTrack synthesizer. No microphone permissions or streaming audio downloads are used.

5. Third-Party Analytics & Advertising

The production release build contains zero third-party tracking SDKs, no behavioral telemetry, and no commercial ad trackers. The application functions flawlessly in airplane mode without internet connectivity.

6. Children's Privacy

Neither our mobile app nor our web portal targets individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children.

7. User Control & Data Deletion

You maintain complete ownership of your data at all times:

• Goal Management: Edit, reorder, or permanently purge any target directly in the terminal interface.
• Complete App Wipe: Uninstalling the app or using "Clear App Data" in Android system settings instantly and permanently purges all local records.
• Waitlist Removal: To revoke your email from the beta invite list, email us at support@pray.ee with the subject "Unsubscribe ItWorks".
